what should be include the research plan
user research
- There are touch points of interaction between user and brand
- user research able to analyze, connect, and complete the touch point of interactions between user with the brand

live interviews
-focus on min 3, max 5 recordings (5 is the optimal qualitative feedback)
- try to understand their problem, not validate our decisions
- our decisions are made to solve their problem
- try to prepare interviews that indicate story from their experience, so they can word out their real problem emotionally, we analyze their motivations from the story, avoid asking technical& direct questions like (how you feel about the app feature?)
- dig deeper on the questions to get specific answer
Week 5
-break useful points
- sort the points with insights, not solution
Week6
-personas helps to summarize research go we don’t need to get back to the affinity maps, stretch the team’s horizon and visualize target users, align the vision, focus the efforts
-minimize the usage of charts, include things that are easy to scan through
Week 8
- understand the optimal emotions needs in both sides, improve in both ways
- use consistent language in user flow, make it as simple as possible
- break down the flow by user's decisions and actions
