Reflection

It was a rushed process, as we were only given two weeks to complete the whole of Task 3. While building the lo-fi prototype, I encountered several challenges, such as creating expandable sections and experimenting with Figma's new animation features. Through this task, I also learned how to create pop-up sections. These features were new to me, and I really enjoyed learning and exploring them.

The usability testing did not go as smoothly as expected because a lo-fi prototype could not fully simulate the actual navigation experience. There may also have been too many elements within a single frame, causing the prototype to lag and disrupt the testing process. Some unexpected errors also occurred during the test. Despite these challenges, the usability test was very useful, as it provided different insights and helped me identify ways to further improve the app's usability.
